Meditation

A simple breathing technique where we practice mindfulness and go inwards while keeping the mind silent without any thoughts.

Japa Meditation

This meditation technique uses a bead to meditate. While keeping the mind silent, the person chants  ” ancient yoga mantras” while moving along the beads from one to another. This technique is practiced in solitary  this can be done while going for a walk or siting underneath a tree or even at home in a comfortable chair.

Chanting with music

In this meditation technique , we hear the ancient yoga mantras and sing along to the person leading the chant else listen to the music while relaxing our mind. This is very effective technique as we chant in a group as we hear and sing with others in chorus.

Retreats

We go for a relaxing day trip or even a weekend to immerse in practicing the yoga meditation. There will be solitary and group participation for meditation . this allows people to reflect inwards and also join others to benefit group meditation. There will be specific time to discuss questions and share thoughts on the bhakti yoga process. We will camp in a national park with amenities and vegetarian meal will be provided for the period of stay.
